Reheat Instructions:
*Remove all items 30 minutes prior to heating*
BEEF TENDERLOIN
1. Preheat oven to 350° & remove lids
2. Microwave Demi-glace for 1 minute
3. Place container with Tenderloin in oven for 3 to 5 minutes
(med-rare to med-well)
RACK OF LAMB
1. Preheat oven to 350° & remove lid
2. Gently heat rosemary reduction for 1 minute
3. Place container with Rack of Lamb in oven for 6-8 minutes
BRAISED SHORT RIB
1. Preheat oven to 350° & remove lid
2. Place container with Short Rib in oven for 14 minutes
OR microwave in ceramic container for 4 minutes
SALMON
1. Preheat oven to 350° & remove lid
2. Pour white wine over uncooked Salmon & season
2.Place Salmon in oven for 10 to 14 minutes
(med-rare to well)
SIDES
1. Preheat oven to 350° & remove lids
2. Place containers with whipped potatoes & vegetables in oven for 10-12 minutes
3. Enjoy!!
